It's one week away from Christmas and I am just about done with everything I need to get done. Emily is learning new things everyday. She is amazing in every sense if you ask me : ) She is still not really crawling, but kind of doing an army crawl type thing. She is back to being great with the glasses...no more pulling them off thank goodness. She is still saying daddy and baby and now doggy on occasion. She has started to play in the bathtub which is so cute. Today she splashed me quite a bit and was just having a blast. We are moving in a couple of weeks, so we have been very busy to say the least. Emily is now going to therapy more often and she just started speech therapy. With the therapies, the holidays and the moving, things have been crazy. She will be going to the doctor in a few months to check her heart one more time. As I have mentioned before, her heart has two little holes in it and we need to see if they have closed yet. If they are not closed this time, he will discuss with us the possibility of heart surgery. According to him, they will not have to do open heart. They can do a procedure in which they go through a small hole in her pelvic area. I will keep you updated. Well, I better get some sleep...one more day of work left this week! Happy Holidays!!
